We want you happy. Because our products are digital and customized to your event, refunds work a little differently from a physical shop.
Revisions
If we make a mistake with the name, age, date, or theme details you sent us, we fix it and re-send at no cost. Reply to the delivery email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours.
Non-refundable
- Files already delivered — customized digital goods cannot be "returned" once emailed
- Change of mind after files sent
- Printing problems on your side
Refundable
- Order placed but no customization details sent within 7 days — full refund
- We cannot fulfill your order — full refund
- Genuine mistake on our end that cannot be revised — full refund
How to request
WhatsApp us with your order number and a short note. We reply within a day, usually much faster.
